The Journey
I take immense pride in being a dedicated family man, cherishing my thirty-one-year marriage, four children (including one daughter and three sons), and eight grandchildren (comprising one girl and seven boys). Additionally, I have three siblings - two sisters and one brother - and a vast network of family, extended family, and lifelong friendships.
While my mother's efforts to ensure we had enough were not always successful, we eventually obtained what we needed, considering it as the norm. These experiences significantly influenced the mindset with which I shaped my future life.

The Name
The children teased me about my unconventional approach to meal
prepping, as the food combinations seemed mismatched. The banter led to
my kids' friends eagerly anticipating our next "potluck" gathering. In
jest, one of my sons coined the nickname "potluckpapi," and the term
stuck. Recognizing its marketing potential, my youngest son, Jerald,
suggested offering this service to his friends and their parents,
leading to the evolution and growth of our opportunities.
